RESEARCH EXPERIENCE

1995(present) Research Assistant: UA Huntsville. Member of the BATSE Team for the NASA Compton Gamma Ray Observatory at the Space Science Laboratory, NASA/ Marshall Space Flight Center. Currently performing a timing study on the phenomena of Gamma-Ray Bursts using Fourier analysis techniques.
1994 Research Assistant: UM St. Louis. Near IR photometry of the R Cr A star forming region to determine the population of young stellar objects (YSOs) and their evolutionary state.
1993 Graduate Research: UM St. Louis. Digital Image Processing of NASA Hubble Space Telescope WFPC spectral image data to examine the detailed structure and physics of Herbig Haro objects.
1992-93 Graduate Research: UM St. Louis. Digital image processing and photometric data reduction of Kitt Peak National Observatory infrared array data of dust globules in HII regions.
Summer '91 Research Assistant: UM St. Louis. Integrated a new CCD imaging system to the University Observatory. Fully tested and calibrated the CCD for BVRI photometry and narrow band imaging.
1990 Undergraduate Research: UM St. Louis. Carried out testing of a spectrograph and performed observational spectroscopy on emission line stars.

Responsibilities included PC sales, customer service/support, interviewing and hiring Product Specialists, opening/closing computer department. Sold thousands of dollars worth of PCs, printers, hardware, software, etc. on a daily basis.
