It is anticipated that a fixed dollar amount will be allocated to all students 
traveling from outside Alabama, and a reduced amount will be allocated to all 
students coming from Alabama universities.  It is expected that these amounts 
will be at levels that only partially cover travel expenses; the remainder of 
your travel expenses will be the responsibility of your institution.  

Any financial assistance awarded for workshop attendance will be in the form of 
a reimbursement after submitting original receipts  (no copies, please), along with an expense report, to
